Seeking Opportunity In Global Real Estate: A Look at Trends Shaping The Investment Landscape Today

Overview:

Hines is the largest privately-owned real estate investment firm in the world today with over $145 Billion of AUM and has over 60 years in the real estate industry. We focus solely on real estate only and do so in 3 areas: development, property management, and investment management. We can help facilitate advisors and RIAs to invest in pooled real estate funds as well as unique development opportunities globally.

Our flagship fund, Hines Global Income Trust, is a global and sector diversified fund that is approved on Schwab, TD, Fidelity, Pershing, and most major custodians. It is an open-ended public REIT, which prices monthly, as well as offers monthly liquidity to investors. Available on a no-load basis to fee-based advisors, the fund is currently paying a distribution rate of over 6%, not to mention the tax benefits for non-qualified clients.

This could be a very compelling alternative to bonds/fixed income products over the next 5 years. We would love to have a brief discussion with you to learn more to see where your clients' needs are, and if there would be a fit for us to work together.
