Registration Questions


Do I need to be a member of FPA of Puget Sound to register for the virtual event?|

FPA membership is not required to attend. The Symposium is open to all! However, FPA members receive a discounted rate on Symposium registration. If you are not yet an FPA member we encourage you to learn more and sign up today.

What does the registration cost?

Registration rates vary from $50 – $300 USD

Virtual Symposium Questions

What days/times are the sessions?

There will be two days of events and sessions that will follow the order outlined on our schedule page. Please note, this schedule is subject to change as programming develops. All times below are listed in Pacific Standard Time first.

What technology are you using for the virtual FPA of Puget Sound 2021?

The virtual Symposium is taking place on the FPA of Puget Sound website through an attendee portal. Registrants will receive a "know before you go" email one week prior to the event detailing how to gain access to the portal and sessions.

What format are sessions?

Sessions will be live via Zoom video conferencing.

Do I need to download Zoom to participate in the virtual event?

For the best event experience, we recommend that you download the Zoom Client for Meetings ahead of time: https://zoom.us/download

The web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting, but we recommend that you download the application prior to the Symposium using the link above for a smoother, more seamless experience.

I can't attend a session due to scheduling conflicts. Will I still be able to watch the presentation afterward?

Yes! All of our breakout sessions will be recorded and available on-demand following the session. Please feel free to go back and watch all our sessions at your convenience. Some additional meetings will not be recorded check the schedule to see which sessions will and will not be recorded. 

What is my login info?

You will need to first login to the FPA of Puget Sound site using your username and password. Forgot Password? Use the ‘reset password’ link on the login page. An email will be sent to you– if it does not come through right away, please check your junk folders.

Will I be able to move from session to session during the Symposium?

Yes, you will be able to move from session to session similar to as you would during the in-person Symposium. 

Will I be able to view the recorded archive of virtual sessions/webinars?

The virtual sessions will be recorded and available to Symposium registrants only. Recordings will be posted after the event. The process to access recordings will be similar to the process to log in for the live programs, but you will be able to view sessions at your convenience.

Can I receive CFP® credit for attending the virtual events?

All FPA of Puget Sound events are registered for CFP® credits. More information about credits will be posted soon.
